Delivery
At Hafren Furnishers we have always offered free delivery to our customers to all addresses in Wales and mainland England, if you are enquiring from further afield please contact us for a quote on 01686 414000.
Quick Buy delivery:
This relates to items clearly stated on our website as ‘Quick Buy’. If they are in stock with the Suppliers, they can usually be despatched within 48-72 hours and are generally delivered through the parcels network on a next working day basis. By definition this relates to smaller items that will often require some home assembly. Please read the "Home Delivery" section on the product for more information.
Furniture Delivery:
If your order is in stock or when the furniture comes into our warehouse you will be contacted by our logistics department to arrange a suitable date for delivery, we will wherever possible try to arrange a delivery for am or pm. When you have arranged the delivery you will be asked to pay any outstanding balance on your order, all this may be done over the phone, online or by BACS payment. If you are not quite ready for delivery we will store your furniture for up to three months (without charge) providing you have settled any outstanding balance.
Lead Times:
All lead times quoted on our website are provided for indicative purposes, being based on typical service levels from the manufacturer or supplier, we use our best endeavours to quote accurate lead times however for reasons outside of our control occasionally expected lead times are longer. Hafren Furnishers cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss due to any reasonable delay or delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our reasonable control. We will inform you if expected lead times have extended beyond the dates quoted.
Delivery Access:
Prices quoted assume delivery to the ground floor entrance of the address given. Delivery into the premises is at our discretion and when undertaken is entirely at the customers risk, with no liability attached to us for damage or loss. Unless stated prices quoted do not include unpacking, assembly or installation.

Returns
Returns, Refunds and Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel a distance or off-premises contract any time in the cancellation period subject to certain exceptions. The cancellation period is any time up to fourteen working days after the day we have delivered the product to you. You must cancel your order in writing either by fax, letter or email. We must receive this communication within the 14 day period. The goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation.
If the goods are returned for any other reasons than being defective then you will be required to arrange and pay for the cost of returning the goods to us. Alternatively we will collect the goods and charge you the direct cost of collection.
The product must be in its delivered form and must not have been tampered with in any way, you are advised to where ever possible use the original packaging to protect the product on its return journey.
The product will be inspected on return to ensure that the product has not been tampered with and is complete, including the instructions and any fittings. Please be advised that you do have a duty of care for the products during the period of cancellation of your order and the collection of the goods.
We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within 14 days of the goods being returned.
Divan sets, pillows and mattresses
Customers wishing to cancel divan sets, pillows and mattresses after their order has been dispatched, must ensure that reasonable care is taken of the goods and that they are returned to Hafren Furnishers unopened and unused in an 'as new' condition complete in the sealed original packaging and with all instructions included
Bespoke Items or Customised Special Orders
Any products that are bespoke or customised are not subject to the cooling off period as we will have commissioned a supplier to make them specifically for you. This will include special order upholstery where a specific fabric and sofa style has been special ordered from a supplier to your specific order requirements.
Returns
Please note that a refund will only take place after the goods have been returned and inspected by our Returns Department, and deemed to be in a suitable condition. The customer accepts reasonable collection charges to return the goods.
