"Really comfortable office chair - easy to assemble. Also, I’d like to say that the customer service from Hafren Furnishers was second to none. They called to tell me it had been dispatched, then called a couple of days later to check everything wax ok. Two of the screws had unfortunately got stuck together and they immediately arranged for replacements to be sent direct from the manufacturer and they cans a couple of days later. Fantastic service. "
