A couple of things - I received an email confirming that the chair was on the way from the manufacturer but it was not clear whether it was on its way to me directly or going to your shop. However it was good to have a call confirming the date and the time frame that the chair would be delivered. The men who delivered it were excellent - very polite and very helpful. A credit to you. The chair is also extremely comfortable and supportive - I have a bad back and this is very important. Thank you"
